Do residents need to download an app?
No. Residents simply open the resident portal in their phone browser. If they like, they can add it to their home screen so it feels like a regular app.
How do residents pay their dues?
The committee sets the community's payment methods, such as bank transfer, QRIS, or e-wallet. Residents pay, upload proof, and the treasurer verifies it. Verified payments are recorded in the cash book automatically.
Can residents see the cash balance?
Yes. Residents can see the community cash balance, income, and expenses, making finances more transparent.
Who pays for the subscription?
The subscription is paid by the community, not by each resident. Plan pricing is based on the number of active homes.
What happens after the 30-day trial?
